Porus Bharucha is the founder and principal building designer of Terra Partners, bringing more than 25 years of experience in residential design, construction coordination, and building innovation.
Over the course of his career, Porus has worked on a wide range of projects including custom homes, duplex developments, renovations, and residential upgrades across Sydney and surrounding NSW suburbs. His work focuses on designing homes that respond carefully to their site, climate, and the lifestyle of the people who live in them.
Porus places strong emphasis on passive design principles, natural light, ventilation, and spatial planning. His philosophy is that a well-designed home should feel effortless to live in, with spaces that flow naturally and perform comfortably throughout the seasons.
In addition to Terra Partners, Porus is also the founder of Terra Windows & Doors, a boutique company focused on high-performance European window and door systems. This experience has provided him with a deeper understanding of building performance, materials, and construction detailing, which informs the way homes are designed at Terra Partners.

Nandini Anand is an architectural designer with over seven years of professional experience in residential design and project coordination across India and Sydney.
She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and has developed strong expertise in design development, documentation, and consultant coordination across different stages of residential projects.
At Terra Partners, Nandini contributes to projects from early concept development through to technical documentation and approvals. She also specialises in 3D visualisation, helping clients understand and experience interior spaces and architectural ideas before construction begins.
Her ability to translate design concepts into clear visual presentations helps bridge the gap between ideas and the final built outcome.
